Circle of Nailuj's Evol is a legendary ring in Diablo III, added in patch 2.6. It requires character level 11 to drop.
The unique affix works best with Bones of Rathma set, as it allows reaching full damage bonus in just two casts. It affects all runes, including Singularity, making it a potent choice. Essence cost of summoning does not change.
