Chain of Shadows

Chain of Shadows is a Legendary belt in Diablo III, added in patch 2.4. It requires character level 31 to drop.

The unique affix works even if coupled with Danetta's Hatred, but it will also render the skill unable to trigger effects that require spending resources.
