Cartney is a painter that resides in Westmarch.
Biography[]
Cartney came to Westmarch in search of greener pastures. There he befriended a sculptor named Ono who was a fellow immigrant to Westmarch. He also admired the Statue of Selynne, and tried to capture some of its beauty in his painting. One day a stranger tried to commission a copy of the statue from him. As he was no sculptor he directed the stranger to Ono. [1]
