Usage[]

Carrion Vine is a valuable skill for Summoning Druids, as it helps to continuously regenerate their health. At Level 1, the Carrion Vine has 95 Life (making it more difficult to kill than the Poison Creeper), and returns 4% of a Druid's total health to him (not to itself and not to other minions).

The Vine has a secondary effect that makes it valuable both for PvM and PvP combat: corpse denial. Keeping dead bodies away from the enemy prevents them from being Revived, Exploded, or assimilated by enemy Carrion Vines/Solar Creepers. By the same token, this can be a detriment to Druids working with a Necromancer, particularly ones using Skeletons, Skeletal Mages, Corpse Explosion or Poison Explosion, or even the Druid's own Dire Wolves or Solar Creeper.

Internally (in Skills.txt, SkillDesc.txt etc.), this skill is known as "Circle of Life".

Lore[]

The sentient plant summoned by this skill draws the corpses of your enemies into the ground, where it rapidly decomposes them, giving their life energies to the Druid who summoned it.
