Carling is an NPC that is seen in Diablo Immortal.
Biography[]
Carling is a native of Bitter Hearth village. At a point she was warned by Trond to expect a heavy snowstorm. During her shift guarding the south entrance of the village, she asked a passing adventurer to help Trond to complete building a windbreak. A short while after, the snowstorm heavily increased. Ice Clan khazra attacked the east entrance amidst the storm, seemingly not bothered by it.[1]
After dispatching the invaders with the help of the adventures and Agmat, she voiced her suspicion that the Ice Clan was behind the storm. The adventurer volunteered and they both set out for the Ice Clan Village.[1]
At the bridge leading to the khazra village they met a Khazra Shaman who was summoning the snowstorm. After killing it they discovered the shaman was using a cursed horn to summon the snowstorm. She suggested they use the horn to gain an advantage over the khazra, but the adventures insisted on destroying it. At the end she relented to the adventurer's wish.[1]
