Captain Shely, Merciless Battle Guard, is a Unique Revenant Shield Guard found in the Westmarch Heights in Act V of Diablo III.
In combat, he has random five out of six affixes: Electrified, Vortex, Thunderstorm, Orbiter, Reflects Damage and Frozen.
