As its name implies (Blizzard Cannon), Buriza-Do Kyanon is a heavy ranged weapon that deals quite a bit of Cold Damage. Combined with Piercing and its very high Attack Speed, Buriza-Do Kyanon is a very effective ranged weapon that gets stronger at higher levels, given an enemy isn't immune to cold.
