Broos was one of the guards at Stormpoint Keep at the time when the island was besieged by the Cult of Terror.
Biography[]
Broos and his comrades Alexius and Crommlinc were patrolling the keep's courtyard when they were attacked by Terror Cultists. Broos survived, but the others were killed and their corpses dragged away.
Broos sees his comrades souls trapped in a sculptor's pile
Broos pleaded with a passing adventurer for help. Together, they returned to the Cultists' Camp. After defeating the Cultists, he saw that his comrades' souls were trapped in a grotesque statue made of corpses. Angered by the sight, and with the help of his companion, he was able to destroy the pile with improvised bombs made from the smoldering cores of Foundlings soaked in oil. With the pile destroyed, his comrades' souls were freed to pass on.[1]
