Bremm was a member of the High Council of Zakarum during the 13th century. Enthralled by Mephisto, he and his fellow council members corrupted the faith from the inside. For this, they were rewarded by Mephisto, who transformed them into demons and gave them abilities far beyond mere humans.[1]
Bremm and his fellow council members were slain by a group of heroes when they fought their way into Travincal.[2]

Diablo II[]
Bremm Sparkfist appears in Act III of Diablo II. He is a super unique Council Member 3 who guards Mephisto's Chamber in the Durance of Hate.
Bremm Sparkfist spawns with three minion Council Members. He is the first Council Member the player fights after entering the Durance of Hate Level 3, along with Wyand Voidbringer and Maffer Dragonhand, who do not spawn with minions. He can heal himself and his minions and run away after taking heavy damage.

Unused color palette of Bremm
In beta SuperUniques.txt Bremm has Magic Resistant instead of Aura Enchanted, and has an unused turquoise color palette due to Council Member monsters lack of palshift.dat file.
Diablo IV[]
Bremm the Maelstrom features in the fifth season of Diablo IV, as part of the Fell Council. He has been renamed to Bremm the Maelstrom.
