Brainhew is a normal unique Great Axe from Diablo II.

Glorious in appearance, but not as effective as it looks, Brainhew has some good bonuses that don't necessarily compliment each other.

On the damage scale, Brainhew is actually behind in comparison to other unique axes. Physical fighters will probably find its added Mana leech more useful, allowing them more leeway in using their skills, but other than the boosts to mana, Brainhew really has little else to flaunt.
