Bracer of Fury is a Legendary Bracer in Diablo III, added in patch 2.4.0. They require character level 30 to drop.
The unique Legendary power is multiplicative to other enhancements, and works even if Crowd Control effects are applied by other players. Frozen enemies also count as Stunned for most purposes, so they receive the increased damage as well.

- Heaven's Fury deals 300% - 400% increased damage to enemies that are Blinded, Immobilized, or Stunned.
Those that cannot see the truth of the Light will suffer its wrath.
