Changes: Board Walkers

Board Walkers are crafted legendary boots in Diablo III. They require a Character Level of 70 to wear. A level 50 crafted equivalent are the Lost Boys.

Prior to patch 2.0.6., crafting also required one Cartographer's Toolkit legendary ingredient (obtained from Unique Ghouls).
