The Bloodseekers (also spelt Blood Seekers) were a group dedicated to Lord Zir.

The Bloodseekers were adventurers corrupted by Lord Zir; not necessarily vampires, but with vampiric powers all the same. Magistrate Oren (and potentially other members of Zir's cult) ensnared adventurers so that they could be turned into Bloodseekers.

c. 1336, Zir dispatched the Bloodseekers and their armies of vampires to conquer Scosglen, Hawezar, and the Dry Steppes. This campaign was referred to as the Blood Harvest. They were fought by the Wanderer, whose vampiric powers rivaled their own. Ultimately, the Blood Harvest was defeated.

In-game

Blood Seekers appeared in Diablo IV, and were exclusive to Season of Blood. They could be summoned to the player's location through Blood Lures. They could be encountered in various dungeons during the season. They were corrupted versions of the game's classes.
