Blood for Blood is a Necromancer passive skill, unlocked at level 66.
In-game[]
Each application lasts for exactly one cast, regardless of how much Life it would consume. If the cost is calculated per enemy or per corpse, the entire Life cost of a single cast is removed.
The stacks (up to 10 at a time) last indefinitely, until used. The effect does trigger if the orb is picked by an ally.
Nephalem Glory and Progress Globes do not trigger Blood for Blood.
The following spells are affected:
- Blood Nova, Blood Spear, Life Support
- Thy Flesh Sustained, Possession, Blood Rush (except Hemostasis rune), Simulacrum
- Early Grave
- Final Embrace, Blood Lance, Oblation
