Blackbog's Sharp is a unique Cinquedeas in Diablo II: Lord of Destruction.
A solid dagger for a Necromancer specializing in Poison Skills, Blackbog's Sharp not only deals a lot of poison damage on its own, but gives a large amount of skill points to the entire poison branch of the Poison and Bone Spells tab. While powerful if its venom is allowed to deal its full damage, Blackbog's Sharp is notably less useful against enemies immune to poison.
