Berserk Weapon Cosmetic are various weapon transmogrifications based on Berserk that can be earned during the Struggler's Path event in Diablo Immortal. There are 8 variants—each bound to a specific class. The player chooses the particular variant to unlock each time this cosmetic is rewarded.
