The Band of Untold Secrets was a Legendary ring in Diablo III. It required character level 29 to drop. As of patch 2.1.2, this ring was removed, overlapped with the Halo of Arlyse.
This ring was notable for providing a guaranteed movement speed bonus, which cannot normally roll on a ring. In addition, it rolled 5 primary affixes.
