The Band of Hollow Whispers is a Legendary ring in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop.
The Haunt spell unleashed by this ring (every 3 seconds) works for all classes, functioning identically to the Witch Doctor's spell, but dealing more damage over longer duration. It will not benefit from runes and enhancements, if any, but in return, the Haunting that results can occur even if a follower is the one to wear the ring.
