Baal's Eye

Baal's Eye (a.k.a. the Eye of Baal) is a demonic artifact left behind by Baal.

In-game

The Eye is a quest item in Diablo II. It is only available after version 1.11, on Battle.net. It is achieved when a high leveled player is trying to complete the Pandemonium Event. The player must travel to the Forgotten Sands and battle and destroy Uber Duriel, who will drop the item on his death.

Although it shares the same icon as Khalim's Eye, when interacted with in the inventory or stash, it makes a skull's noise.
