Axabra, The Blood-Borne, is a Unique Reborn found in the Temple of the Firstborn Level 1 in Act II of Diablo III. He only spawns for the Ascension Ritual event.
In combat, he has Jailer, Mortar and Arcane Enchanted affixes, and in addition periodically summons a swarm of Blood Vermin.
