An Atrophant
The Atrophant is one of the monsters seen in the Stormpoint zone of Diablo Immortal. They can be found at the Shanties and the Ship Graveyard.

In the wake of the Worldstone's destruction, massive and brutal atrophants wade ashore to menace Stormpoint. They impale their victims with blade-whip extremities, and leave necrotized bodies flopping about like suffocating fish.[1]
