The amulet's shape itself can change, but the effects remain the same
Atma's Scarab is a unique amulet from Diablo II.
Certainly directed more towards physical fighters, Atma's Scarab is good for its high Poison Resistance and Attack Rating; it also gives a chance of casting Amplify Damage, an excellent Curse for physical fighters. In Hell difficulty, where most monsters come with 50% physical resistance, this proc effectively increases physical damage dealt threefold. Its low rate of activation means that Atma's Scarab is best suited to physical attackers that attack quickly, such as a Strafe using Amazon.
