Leoric's seat of power
The manor was used as a residence/seat of power by Leoric prior to the Darkening of Tristram.
In 1270, the manor was the site of a battle between a resurrected Leoric and his foe(s), as the rogue Necromancer Lethes attempted to summon the Mad King's spirit. Leoric was slain a second time.[1]

Ashwold Manor is a zone in Diablo Immortal. The Mad King's Breach dungeon takes place inside it.
