Ashwold is a town located in Khanduras, located close to Wortham. It is notably the location of Ashwold Cemetery.
Over the years, the village experienced the odd bandit, but nothing major. However, in 1270, the rogue Necromancer Lethes used a Worldstone shard to raise the dead en masse, causing a number of villagers to flee.[1] Some refugees headed to Westmarch,[2] while some villagers were conscripted into the Ashwold Guard to fight against the undead.[3]

- Ashwold, the town, is occasionally referenced in Diablo Immortal, but the term is often used interchangeably with Ashwold Cemetery. The town itself is never visited, while the cemetery serves as a major game zone.
- It may be named after the Ashwold Family.
