Arrival and Departure is a Frozen Tundra side quest in Diablo Immortal. It triggers by talking to Tegor whenever he appears in the Abandoned Village.

(Tegor and his family fled south — but he's having difficulty remembering the path. Talk to him.) - Follow Tegor.
(Tegor remembers being turned away, and his neighbors dying under the claws of demons. Follow Tegor back to the north.) - Kill the Demons (0/5).
(Tegor has arrived at a ruined cart where he instructed his children to hide. It's swarmed by demons — slay them all, then follow him.) - Talk to Tegor.
(Tegor has stopped at a well. Talk to him.) - Inspect the Well (0/1).
(Tegor believes the well is important to his memory. Gaze into it and see what you can find.) - Kill the Demons (0/5).
(Fallen have crawled up from the well, and Tegor is overcome. Slay the demons.) - Talk to Tegor.
(Tegor has recalled an awful memory. Talk with him.)

- Tegor: Tegor. Tegor's my name. My mind feels... empty. I know I've died... but I can't remember how. Or what happened to Rezeda and the children.
I recall some of that morning. Demons flooded into the village. The snow was stained red. The... rage I felt—I can feel its heat even now. It will be with me long after my bones rot.
Would you act as my anchor, and help me retrace my steps? If I can feel the echoes of the living world, maybe I can remember... - Class: If it will give you some kind of peace, I'll help.
- Tegor walks to a nearby chopping block
- Tegor: (mimics cutting wood) It was freezing out. I was cutting firewood. I'd stacked up more than we needed.
(starts running in a direction) Then I heard a scream from the outskirts. It seemed like everything changed at once.
- Start following Tegor
- Tegor: We tried to leave as quickly as we could... but the demons were already inside. Our home became their den.
- Tegor stops in front of his house

- After killing the Demons
- Tegor: I told my wife and children to go with the elder, and headed to the south entrance of... our village. We had a name for it... but it's not coming to me.
- Follow Tegor southwards
- Tegor: (stops) No, it's not this way. Wrong... somehow.
- Tegor: We started down this road. To... evacuate as many of the children as we could across the river. The demons were waiting in ambush.
My neighbor fought them while we ran. I don't know if it was Boran... or Dilva? I... there are still gaps. Please, follow me. (heads back northwards)
- Follow Tegor
- Tegor: (stops at a cart) Yes. The cart. We told the children to hide among the boxes while we cleared the way. When I... looked back, demons were crawling over it. I... I can't...
- After killing the Demons
- Tegor: (heads southwards) Rezeda and I fought our way out. I could smell smoke. We had no time.
- Follow Tegor. He stops in front of a well
- Tegor: That well ahead... I know it's important.
- Class: Did you use it to put out the fire?
- Tegor: I... might have. Would you... dig in the well and see if you can find anything? There has to be more.
- Inspect the Well
- Class:There's an axe down here... and a tunnel. Fallen have been nesting here, and—
- Tegor: Demons! I sense them!
(collapses in grief) The axe... it can't be...
- After killing the Demons
- Tegor: Hers. Rezeda's axe. Why... why do I have to remember this? It's all my fault.
- Rezeda: (reaches out for Tegor) Don't let them win! Keep fighting... (falls into the well)
- Tegor: (runs to Rezeda) Rezeda! No!
- Tegor: I asked her to get water. For the flames. L... if I hadn't, she'd still be alive.
- Class: Tegor? Tegor! He can't hear me any more. I hope he doesn't have to relive this again... but with everything that's happened here...
- Tegor: (looks around confused) Strange... what am I doing back here?
