An Apparition Incursion
Apparition Incursions were a gameplay feature of Diablo IV. They were introduced in Season 8, Belial's Return.[1]
Apparition Incursions were open-world boss-rush events which appeared across Sanctuary. Players had to defeat Belial's Apparition Monsters - his illusory foot soldiers - in the Apparition Incursion area, doing so within the time limit will spawn one of ten randomized Apprarition bosses. Upon defeating the initial boss, players traversed the area to defeat more Apparitions and another random boss, culminating in a fight with Belial himself.[2]
