Anguish's Grasp is a vanity item for Diablo III. These are "wings" modeled after Andariel's appendages. They were awarded to players who completed the Chapter IV of the Season Journey in Season 8 or 20.
When used, they apply or remove a set of four bladed limbs.
When obtained, they can be added to the Wardrobe. Only one set of Wings can be used at a time. If equipped, they will be visible even in character selection screen.
They bring back memories of distant screams.
