Ancient Scrap is an item in Diablo Immortal.
It can be obtained by salvaging Ancient Legendary Items or exchanging Ancient Artifacts at the Smithing Materials Vendor.
Its only use is as a replacement material for enchanting Ancient Legendary Items, replacing the usual cost in gold and upgrade materials.

Introduced in the September 10, 2025 update. Previously, lower-tier Ancient Artifacts would sit uselessly in the player's inventory, and Ancient Legendary Items would decompose into nothing.
