An Accursed Ritual

Accursed Rituals are a gameplay feature of Diablo IV, introduced in Season 4.

Gameplay

An Accursed Ritual can be earned through using Baneful Hearts. Three hearts are required to begin the ritual, which begins with a swarm of demonic enemies. This ambush will end with the arrival of the formidable Blood Maiden, an immensely powerful demon who offers great reward upon her death.

Contributing any Baneful Hearts to initiate this dark ritual will grant a player increased rewards as a contribution bonus.
